gods and graphics

(Forgive me for being lame in entitling a post ^^)

As I said in the previous post, I've currently been accepting requests to make signatures, banners, or avatars for forums or websites. The most requests I've got are surprisingly from my friends who love Greek myth as much as I do! Apparently they're members of a roleplay whose theme is about Greek mythology, so in order to be involved in the game, members are recommended to put up an avatar and signature in their profiles, representing who they play.

Why, I certainly am pleased to wing their requests. Besides, their celebrity selections aren't so bad at all. Well, yes, the gods and goddesses do look much younger than what I've thought.

So if you kind of disagree on how the gods look here like: "Orlando is NO Apollo!" Something like that, well, all I can tell is, the celebrities seen portraying each gods here were selected by their requesters. I only make the graphics they request. I'm in no way against their choices on celebrities. :) Though I must say, yes, the gods are portrayed to be much much younger in these signatures, intentionally requested by the requesters. Like Zeus is supposed to be looking like an older man, but a friend of mine wants his version of Zeus to look much younger, so he requested that I use the pictures of Jude Law instead of Liam Neeson who actually plays Zeus in Clash of the Titans. :)

In short, everyone has their own versions of Greek gods. Tehee
